Creole Brew Masters Dinner feat. Anderson Valley Brewing at Local Habit
Join us on Fat Tuesday for this very special food and beer experience as Louisiana native and Local Habit Chef Nick Brune, and Sean Jackson from Anderson Valley Brewing Company, collaborate to bring you five delicious courses of
farm fresh Creole food paired with five craft beers from one of California's premier brewers.
Course 1: Marinated Crab Claws paired with Boontlinger Weiss
Course 2: Seared Scallops with Artichoke Bechamel paired with Mowkeef Saison
Course 3: Cornmeal Catfish with Crawfish Ettouffee paired with Brother David's Triple
Course 4: Grits and Grillades paired with Boont Amber
Course 5: Bananas Foster Ice Cream with Warm Rum Sauce paired with Brother David's Double (2011 Gold Medal Winner at the Great American Beer Festival!)
The 6 pm and 7 pm seatings are sold out, so we have added an 8 pm seating. Your reservation will be in the 8 pm seating. Reservations are $50 per person, exclusive of gratuity and sales tax. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to the ticket price at checkout.
