Asbury is proud to have one of America's premier folk singers, songwriters and story-tellers join us for a Sunday afternoon show. If it has strings John can play it. With a fantastic repertoire of music written over three decades of performing and recording John's performances are known for their passion, honesty, humor and humanity.
About John McCutcheon
With a career spanning almost 40 years, six-time Grammy-nominated folksinger and storyteller, John McCutcheon, has released over 34 albums showcasing his vast repertoire of original music, ranging in style from folk, religious, children's, political, inspirational, and instrumental. Considered a Master multi-instrumentalist, McCutcheon is proficient on anything with strings, including guitar, autoharp, banjo, fiddle, jawharp, and most notably, the hammer dulcimer.
