Origins of the Bump and Grind
Galaxy Dance Studio Austin, TX
Coco teaches you the origins of the bump and grind from belly dance technique to hula, Latin styles and even a bump session to African drums. American burlesque has taken a hint from fertility dances from all over the world and Coco will bring it all together for you. Basic classic walks and poses will also be reviewed. Don't miss what Coco already taught Montreal, Seattle, San Francisco, and Las Vegas! This course was presented burlesque education symposium and convention, BurlyCon (2011) in Seattle. Bring comfortable clothing that you can stretch in. Shoes optional. Bring a hip scarf or sarong if you prefer! There's a whole lot of shaking going on!
