Join Eddie Muller and Miguel Pendas as they take you on an curated tour (with video clips) of locations from classic film noirs set in San Francisco.
From the ritzy homes of the Nob Hill rich to sleazy working-class dives on the Embarcadero, you'll see where some of the highlights of 1940s and 1950s cinema were created, including Dark Passage, Thieves' Highway, Vertigo, The Sniper, The Lineup, Sudden Fear, Woman on the Run, and many more.
Presented only twice during the NOIR CITY X festival: Sunday, Jan. 22, and Wednesday, Jan. 26. Meet on the front steps of City Hall at 11:45 am; the bus departs at noon, for the approximately three-hour tour, rain or shine. Seating is limited. $75 per person. Tickets only available online.
