Bad Fever
Eddie, an aspiring comedian (played by Kentucker Audley, channeling Mitch Hedberg in some moments) bumbles his way through an agonizing courtship with Irene (Eleonore Hendricks), a manipulating drifter who videotapes their fleeting moments together. To express his true feelings for her, he painstakingly orchestrates his debut stand-up performance at the local comedy club. A mainstay of the 2011 festival circuit, BAD FEVER strikes an intriguing balance in the unexpected moments that are both charmingly awkward and endearingly painful.
