The Deadly Gentlemen plus Cahalen & Eli
The Deadly Gentlemen bring a fresh energy to their roots-based originals. The five-piece band mixes rock, folk, bluegrass and old-time influences on their new album, Carry Me To Home. The Deadly Gentlemen showcase the lyrics of Greg Liszt, better known as the inventive banjo player from Crooked Still. Along with Greg is Stash Wyslouch on guitar, Mike Barnett on fiddle, Dominick Leslie on mandolin and San Grisman on bass. Harmonies abound with all in the band sharing the vocal duties.
Opening the show is Cahalen Morrison & Eli West. Their sound crosses the warmth of old-time with the fierceness of bluegrass, and high lonesome harmonies that would fit into any evening at the Opry.
