Many changes have occurred on the housing front in the last five years. The Washington Real Estate Research Center's Glenn Crellin & Economist Dr. John W. Mitchell will present trends in Washington state that indicate the housing markets future performance. Jesse Jones from King 5 will be the host for our morning program. He will be introducing the speakers and get us out on time.
Washington Homeownership Resource Center (WHRC)is a federally registered 501(c)3. The WHRC houses the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions Resource Hotline assisting homeowners across Washington. The Resource Hotline refers callers to housing counselors in the geographic area of the caller. Three referrals are given so that the homeowner has options for assistance.
