Public + Media Vision Zero by Bike Tour of Long Beach
Charlie Gandy the Vice Chair of the California Bicycle Coalition and resident of Long Beach will lead an easy, slow, two hour tour of Long Beach's bike-friendly and walk-friendly amenities and learning opportunities with Leah Shahum the Executive Director of the Vision Zero Network for North America.
Leah will share how "hands on" how the Vision Zero strategy to stop all deaths and serious injuries that happen via traffic collisions can be put into play for Long Beach and the Southern California region, using Long Beach as a model.
For those who don't have bikes they can be easily rented at Bikestation.
