Experience the power of music in Manitoga's landscape. Violinist Todd Reynolds (Ethel String Quartet, Bang On A Can) headlines an exciting program of modern music produced by composer/performer Ben Neill. Reynolds will perform a new piece for his electronically enhanced violin inspired by his encounter with Manitoga's architecture and landscape. Also on the program will be a performance of John Cage's jewel-like "FIVE" and a spirited rendition of Terry Riley's landmark work "IN C" performed by Reynolds, Neill and an ensemble of 15 noted musicians to include Damon Banks, Julie Heckert, Gwen Laster, Sarah Labriola, Theo Metz, David Rothenberg, John Charles Thomas, and Peter Zummo.

Holders of Benefit Tickets will have access to special seating for the concert and an invitation to join Todd Reynolds and Ben Neill afterwards for a gathering in the main House, Dragon Rock. Reynolds will demonstrate his customized violin and electronics. Light refreshments will be served. Space is very limited, reserve your seats today.

The program is designed as a musical response to 2015 Resident Artist Stephen Talasnik's SANCTUARY, a site specific installation for Manitoga's Quarry Pool on view through mid-November. Visitmanitoga. org for more information.
