From quick bread sticks to dough starters that take days to feed, this comprehensive workshop leaves you with tools you can use to give up store-bought bread for good! Whether your preference is whole grain or white bread, "straight" or glammed up with dried fruit for special occasions this workshop is for you. So grab a bread-loving friend and join us for a weekend of fun fermentation in the kitchen! $150/person (gift certificate holders please call for reservations)
- Starter Dough (Biga) for Round Country Bread
- Old Dough Starter for Whole Wheat Bread with Seeds and Dried Fruits;
- Straight Doughs for Herbed Focaccia and Breadsticks
