"Plenty" Cooking Class with Dana Wootton
Sometime in early December I lost count of the number of "Top Ten Cookbooks of 2011" lists on which this book appeared. And with good reasonthe recipes are extremely well done, the flavors are out of the ordinary and craveable, and the photography borders on food porn. Our culinary director Dana Wootton has chosen a few of her favorite recipes, and will show you how to make them and let you join in as well. So start your year with a marvelous meal, while arming yourself with the skills to put a few more delicious veggies on your menus in 2012.
