Rodger Kamenetz - The History of Last Night's Dream: Discovering the Hidden Path to the Soul

Jewish Community Center
Houston, TX

Rodger Kamenetz's exploration of dreams shows us how the constant struggle between dreams and our interpretations of them has shaped Western thought, from Genesis to Freud.  During his spiritual journey, Kamenetz studied with an 87-year old female Kabbalist in Jerusalem, a Tibetan tulku in Copenhagen, and a postman/dream master in northern Vermont.  Author of the landmark international bestseller, THE JEW IN THE LOTUS, and the National Jewish Book Award winner, STALKING ELIJAH, Kamenetz inspires us to think about our dreams in an entirely new light.
