Seattle LGBTQ Speak Out! Saturday 11/10
Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center Seattle, WA
The Seattle LGBTQ Speak Out! forum, sponsored by the City of Seattle's Office of Civil Rights, will encourage discussion around participants' topics of interests. Its open space format (http://www.openspaceworld.org) will truly make the forum "by the people, for the people" as we build upon social justice issues that arose during our 2006 forums on health, gender, diversity, aging and parenting. The information gathered will then be used by the SCSM (http://www.seattle.gov/scsm) to advise the Seattle City Council, Mayor and department leaders on fiscal 2008 budget and policy recommendations.
Please RSVP via http://www.brownpapertickets.com, or contact cr@sexualminorities.org with any questions.
