Michigan Dance Project's "SoulMates" - Flint, MI
Michigan Dance Project presents "SoulMates", an original dance production choreographed by director Kathy King and assistant creative director Travis Staton-Marrero. The show is an exciting journey through the moments in life when we find a soul mate or have to let one go, whether it be a lover, a best friend or someone you haven't met yet. Kathy and Travis combine an intelligent blend of contemporary and hip hop choreography, along with a perfectly balanced collection of music to tell their "SoulMates" story.
About the cast: "SoulMates" is performed by the Michigan Dance Project professional company. Choreographed by Kathy King and Travis Staton-Marrero. MDP Company Dancers include - Megan Drabant, Kristen Donovan, Lena Drake, Sam Horning, Jennifer Norman, Hayley Shannon, and Emily Turner. MDP Performing Apprentices include - Dawn Cantwell, Katie Chartrand, Liz Hynes, Gabriel Klei, Julie LeBlanc, and Brett Zeuner. MDP Training Apprentice includes - Alex Justice.
About the venue: "SoulMates" will perform at the University of Michigan-Flint Theatre, located at 303 E. Kearsley St., Flint, MI 48502.
