Healing Teas Workshop
In this workshop, we will:
learn the 10 most important herbs to turn a kitchen into an apothecary
understand the healing properties of these herbs
make our own herbal remedies from organic, medicinal-grade herbs
Participants will go home with:
sore throat herbal gargle
decongestive herbal honey
cough and cold tea
labeled glass containers
recipes
educational reference handouts
a new appreciation of their spice cabinet
