Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol
This December, Mark Cabus brings his acclaimed one-man A Christmas Carol to Agnes Scott College's Winter Theater, playing 18 characters from Dickens' classic tale of transformation and redemption.
A skilled actor and director, Mark was classically-trained in England and in New York and has performed all over the world in film and television as well as Off Broadway and in regional and children's theater. A recent transplant to Atlanta, he's recognized locally for his work with Georgia Shakespeare (The Tempest, Noises Off) and Theatre Emory (The Lieutenant of Inishmore). His movie and TV credits range from the Warner Bros. blockbuster The Client and HBO's Emmy-winning Against the Wall to the NBC pilot A Father for Charlie.
For the past eight years, Mark toured this critically-acclaimed production of A Christmas Carol throughout the state of Tennessee, performing for more than 16,000 children and adults, but this season, he brings this special interactive solo one-act to Decatur and Atlanta audiences.
