The Brandon Projekt:
"The Brandon Projekt, or TBP, was formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 2009. The Brandon Projekt is a groove-oriented neo-soul, funk, jazz and RnB performance group. Their musical influences are broad and varied, ranging from the blues sounds of Johnny "guitar" Watson, to the modern soulful sounds of John Legend. TBP is comprised of 10 professional musicians from all over the United States, whose technical ability and raw talent have produced truly unique original songs, akin to earlier work of Stevie Wonder and funk greats like Earth, Wind and Fire, while maintaining a current sound comparable to The Roots, and Lettuce."
