A Nod to the culinary sorcery that is Hawaiian cuisine.

*HO'OLU KOMA LA KAUA*

The cuisine of Hawaii now incorporates five distinct style of food reflecting the diverse food history of settlement and immigration to the islands.  The place is a relative playground for chefs from all over the world who adore combining flavors distinctly and culturally different from each other.  This fusion makes for some crazy delicious food that we at Polly's Paladar have yet to explore.  Traditional Hawaiian food has evolved and can be compared to nothing at all.  It's its own thing and we want to eat it.  Let us bring the 'ONO to you and yours at Polly's Paladar this fine night in September of 2015.  Be adventurous with us and let's make food history!

Chefs Jordan Grosser, Ted Fleury, Parker Vaughan, and Justin Schneider return with an audacious mission at our fair supper club.  These fellows will blow your mind with their food wizardry.  They come from the bay with the collective experience equal to no one.  Their clandestine suppers are nationally known, lusted after, and delicious.

They have been given accolades by:
7X7 Magazine, The Silentist, Refinery 29, San Fransisco Magazine, Behance, Thrillest, Clean Pates, The Bold Italic, Ewallstreeter, SF Weekly, Champagne and Heels, Umami Mart, SF Chronicle, The Styley, Sf Bay Guardian, and Urbandaddy... to name a few.

Stag holds dinner parties on battleships, inside Heath Ceramics, the Bold Italic Headquarters, legendary hotels with legendary people like Jacques Pepin,  they have them at shooting ranges and in vineyards.... and they have them at Polly's Paladar.  We are a very lucky town.
