Description
Join an exciting SLOW U session featuring notable Brooklyn Food experts including: Brian Halweil, founder "Edible Brooklyn"; Ian Marvy, founder Added Value and Red Hook Community Farm; and Garret Oliver, brewmaster, Brooklyn Brewery, as they discuss the callenges and benefits of the local food movement as it grows beyond small scale into supermarkets and major food companies. And, while the panel chats, enjoy local tastes assembled by Beer Table host, Justin Phillips. Food will be accompanied by some very special beers, including a debut of a new Brooklyn Brewery beer.

Notes
Listen to Slow Food principles Brian Halweil and Garret Oliver, along with Ian Marvy, talk about the challenges and benefits of eating local in Brooklyn.
