Holiday Showdown with Portland Cello Project feat: Emily Wells and friends
Holiday Showdown with Portland Cello Project featuring: Emily Wells, Alialujah Choir and Israel and Ryan of Blind Pilot

Highlights and Trivia in Bulleted Format:

Anyone who comes to the show wearing a hideous (or sufficiently gaudy) Holiday Sweater will get preferential seating in a VIP section that will be created in the first four rows of the theater. (Seriously. We'll have swanky bouncers to enforce this.)

Cello Project will be performing music by everyone from Bach, to Khachaturian, to Lili Boulanger, to Lil' Wayne.

The Alialujah Choir is the new band of Adam Shearer (Weinland), Adam Selzer (Norfolk and Western, M Ward), and Alia Farrah. Contrary to the implications of their name, they are not a choir, but a 3-piece choral ensemble.

The stage setup for the show will be 8 cellos, woodwind and brass sections, and both Rachel Blumberg (Norfolk and Western, M Ward, Bright Eyes) and Matt Berger (Musee Mecanique) as our percussionists.
