The Dorothy Jayne Foundation and Studio presents

The 11th Annual Christmas Spectacular  A Gift of Music and Celebration of Life in Our Community.

The talented cast of regulars will be on hand to help celebrate the 11th Anniversary of the Christmas Spectacular.   M.C Brian Tracey, former long standing anchor on KING TV's "Evening News" and owner of "Ride-The-Ducks-Of-Seattle", and Dehner Franks,  creator of 34 songs and 4 CD albums for the show over the years, will both be on stage again this year.  They will be joined by Jack Klitzman and the Band ("Nearly Dan" / Steely Dan Tribute) along with extremely talented performers from France, New York, Boston,  Los Angeles and the Seattle/Everett area. The Everett Chorale, directed by Lee Mathews, and the Ragazzo Coro & Bella Voce Children's Choir of Snohomish County, directed by Shelley Logan, will again be part of the show as well.

The "Community Heroes" this year, will be the Providence Regional Medical Center Everett's employees.. They will participate in "Prov's Got Talent . for Kids at Christmastime!"  in order to raise support for the Providence Children's Center at the Women and Children's Pavilion, Providence Pacific Campus in Everett. This part of the show will feature a "Dance Off" with participants from both Providence Regional Medical Center and Swedish Hospital as well as individual employees performing singing, dancing and musical acts supported by the cast and the Dorothy Jayne Studio.

The show was initially created in the aftermath of 9-11 by Sanford Wright Jr M.D., to help support the Volunteers of America Food Bank. Dr. Wright's father served on the board of directors for the Volunteers of America for 30 years along side Gil Saparto, CEO of the organization during that period. The show will continue to support the VOA food bank with canned food donations at the door in addition to the ticket cost of $15.00.
.
The show will be at The Everett Civic Auditorium on Saturday, December 10, 2010 with a Matinee Performance at 2 pm and an Evening Performance at 7 pm.

It will be WEB-CAST LIVE! (ww.achristmasspectacular.com) and TEXT VOTED to allow the theater  as well as the  internet audience - to select  the "Dance Off" WINNER and "Prov's Got Talent "FAVORITE.
