Decembersongs at Pump House Concerts
Decembersongs is four singer / songwriters (with a couple of grammy nominations and awards among them) touring the country singing songs of the winter holiday season. All seasoned recording and touring artists, Nashville based Amy Speace, LA based Dan Navarro (half of the well known folk duo Lowen and Navarro), Grammy nominated Sally Barris, and Grammy winner Jon Vezner, also fellow Nashvillians, will play 'In The Round', trading songs, harmonizing, and accompanying each other and performing mostly original holiday pieces. The set list will also include traditional holiday favorites and a taste of the artists non-holiday material.
Decembersongs will perform only 11 shows, including Nashville's Bluebird Café, Chicago's Old Town School of Folk Music, Ann Arbor's The Ark, & New York's The Living Room.
Come see them at The Pump House - the smallest, most intimate venue where this group will EVER perform.
Dan Navarro has spent the past 30 years as a singer, & voice actor. His songs have been recorded by artists from Pat Benatar to The Bangles, Dionne Warwick, Dave Edmunds, and many more. "Amy Speace is a remarkable artist, writer, singer and performer... I am a total fan." - Judy Collins Grammy award-winning songwriter Jon Vezner is a tunesmith of rare sensitivity and dry wit. His songs have been recorded by Martina McBride, John Mellencamp, Nancy Griffith, Faith Hill, Clay Walker, Diamond Rio, Kathy Mattea, and many others. Whether in her own hands or those of hit artists like Martina McBride or Lee Ann Womack, Grammy nominated Sally Barris' music makes an indelible impression.
