Not just bridging the gap from the "haves" and the "have nots", but also the gaps between our communities in terms of distance and understanding; the gaps that leads us to believe we are so different from each other, when in fact, we are really so very similar; the gaps that when filled allow people in Seattle to share the stories of lives changed in tremendous ways and realize how changes can come by just reaching out and giving a little.
