Dance for the Camera
Co.ERASGA Presents Dance for the Camera featuring four solo dance works for film by choreographer Alvin Erasga Tolentino with a live performance from acclaimed dancer Alison Denham.
Please join us for this special film screening of Amongst, SOLA, PARADIS and Swan Diva and fundraising cocktail reception in support of Co.ERASGA's work in contemporary dance at Vancouver's Scotiabank Dance Centre, (677 Davie Street), 2:00pm, Sunday, November 13, 2011.
A non-profit, charitable society, Co.ERASGA is a Vancouver based contemporary dance organization incorporated in 2000 by Filipino-Canadian dance artist and founding Artistic Director Alvin Tolentino with a mission to reach a wide demographic through our dance creations and outreach activities; to challenge the art of dance through inter-disciplinary collaborations; to be an artistic expressive catalyst, a strengthening link, and an expansive cultural force, extending from the West Coast across the nation and abroad; and to be faithful to the kinetic power of dance as a source and tool for dynamic communication.
