This Korean caveman movie was made at the same time as JURASSIC PARK, but is probably the last dinosaur flick that has dinosaurs that don't look like video-game characters! Gritty neanderthals and more civilized Cro-Magnon tribes battle it out while dodging a menacing tyrannosaurus, giant rats, flying pteranodons and more. Though cavemen didn't exist alongside dinosaurs, TYRANNO'S CLAW is more realistic than the like of WHEN DINOSAURS RULED THE EARTH, with dirty, unclean cavemen (no Racquel Welches in padded bras here!), and occasional bloodshed. Superbly designed dinosaurs created via large props and good, old fashioned rubber costumes. Starring: Shim Hyung Rei.
