Double Entendre Music Ensemble will perform Martin Bresnick's new oboe quartet, Going Home, a Meet The Composer commission, as part of the 2011-2012 American Music Program series on Sunday January 8th, 2012. The concert features contemporary American music by Martin Bresnick, Bill Dobbins, Wendy Griffiths, and Chick Corea, along with music from the Civil War by New York composers and more.

This concert is made possible with generous support from Meet The Composer, the Jarvis and Constance Doctorow Family Foundation, individual donors, and with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, a state agency.
