Slow Food: Community Apple Pressing
Join Aggie and Walter Murch at Blackberry Farm's annual Community Apple Pressing-- using their hand made cherrywood apple press, we will coax the freshest apple juice from roughly 350 pounds of Gabriel Farms (see event listing for OCT 7th) apples and asian pears. An optional 5 mile morning hike to Bass Lake (trailhead near Bolinas), led by Farm Tours committee member Melissa, for a dip and Potluck lunch is highlighted. Potluck lunch at Blackberry Farm as well.
