Intentional Table
Intentional Table's launch event will highlight the Seattle Wholesale Growers Market. This 15 member group of local floral farmers offers the very freshest organic and sustainable cut flowers, greens and ornamentals from Washington, Oregon and Alaska. The magical setting for this farm to table dinner is in the newly opened SWGM, located in the original Rainier Brewery Building, in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle.
Surrounded by the autumn bounty of these farms, you'll have the opportunity to meet these hardworking farmers and our special guests, author Debra Prinzing and her partner, David Perry. Peek at the cover of their beautifully crafted new book, A Fresh Bouquet, which explores intimate stories of the floral industry and the workers who bring this beauty to our tables.
The chef for the evening will be Zephyr Paquette and her playful northwest cuisine featuring local farms and food artisans. A mixologist will be serving non alcoholic beverages.
