2011 SWAN Woman of The Year Banquet
The SWAN banquet is not only an opportunity to honor a Skagit County woman of many qualities, it is also the opportunity for female leaders in the community to gather for one evening. Please join in honoring local women of distinction for their accomplishments and dedication to their profession, other women, and the community.
