Having Her Say: Teen Girls Speak Up

Harmelin Media Stage
Philadelphia, PA

Editor Amy Goldwasser believed that teenage girls had plenty to say, if only someone would listen.  Her forthcoming book, "Red," a collection of essays by teenage girls, proves she was right.  Goldwasser and several young authors featured in the book will join with local teen writers to read and discuss what's on the minds of young women today.

This event is presented as part of the First Person Festival of Memoir and Documentary Art, November 7-11.  For more information, see www.firstpersonarts.org
