various, meet at First Person Stage Philadelphia, PA
Fork Restaurant owner Ellen Yin leads you on a culinary voyage through the streets of Philadelphia, from Vietnamese food in Chinatown to Mexican cuisine at the Italian Market, sampling the panoply of flavors that inspire Fork's eclectic cuisine. You'll taste summer rolls and papaya salad, pork and goat tacos, grilled grape leaves, lobster sauteed with ginger, and many other items that are featured in Yin's new memoir/cookbook "ForkLore". The tour ends with a Fork dessert and book signing.
