Join us for a special edition the 5 course Brew Master Dinner at HIRO Asian Kitchen with Alpha Brewing Company. We are cooking all courses based on the style and characteristics of each beer portfolio. Asian Fusion all the way!!! We are looking forward to seeing you!

5 Course Beer Dinner Menu

1. KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN WINGS / toasted peanuts, pommes frites
pairing: American Kellerbier - light unfiltered pilsner lager. Straw color, crisp. 25IBU, 5.0% ABV

2. TOKYO DOG / teriyaki glazed, seaweed chips, wasabi mayo
pairing: Game Day Red little caramel, a little toffee, malty, and hopped for balance. Its lighter than a stout, but darker than a blonde. 20IBU, 5.0% ABV

3. THAI MUSSELS / green curry, coconut cream, mung bean noodles
pairing: Delphian - Sour Saison brewed in the fall of 2014 and aged in Chardonnay barrels. Bright acidic mouth feel. 1IBU, 7% ABV

4. CHAR SIU PARK BELLY BANH MI / 5-spice pork rinds popcorn
pairing: Olympic IPA Apollo and Zeus hops were used in this bright, dry hopped IPA. Straight up hop bomb.
80IBU, 7.0% ABV

5. BEER FLOAT / spicy white chocolate ice cream
pairing: Alpha Storter dry beer brewed with chocolate malt and two crystal malts. 10IBU, 5.5% ABV
