The Lost Ravioli Recipes of Hoboken

New Jersey native Laura Schenone journeyed from Hoboken to Genoa to track down her great-grandmother's ravioli recipe and the secret of making it the old-fashioned way. Join her as she demonstrates Genoese ravioli-making and shares other culinary tips she learned in Italy. A buffet dinner will follow, featuring wines from Chaddsford Winery and authentic, old-world recipes prepared by Roberta Adamo of Penne Restaurant.
