The Doors, with their charismatic lead singer Jim Morrison, were one of the
greatest bands to come out of 1967's Summer of Love. The band's
intoxicating musicality combined with Morrison's raw sexuality made them
irresistible to audiences, but terrifying to law enforcement and television censors.
Their debut album introduced us to such classic songs as Light My Fire,
Break on Through, and The End, among others. Join Bill Shelley for a
celebration of the group's magic with an amazing evening of rare performances
featuring The Doors live in concert, in promotional films, and appearances on
various television shows (including Sha-bang!). Among the hits songs showcased
will be Light My Fire, The End, When the Music's Over, Love Me Two
Times, Break On Through, The Unknown Soldier, Moonlight Drive, and many
