November 21st we are honored to be hosting the celebrated cookbook author and perennial American guide to all things French in our kitchen as she introduces us to her latest book. In the meantime, we are taking a tour of her past editions this month, Vegetable Harvest, Vegetables at the Center of the Plate. Our chefs have selected three dishes, each of which exhibits a different technique. But you will want to try everything her book has to offer. Come celebrate the Fall bounty, discover secrets of French cooking, and share a taste of Ms. Wells' simply glorious cuisine! (Class participants will receive a discount on any Patricia Wells cookbook, usable either at the Patricia Wells signing on November 21st, or at The Book Cellar in Lincoln Square) $60/person
