Psalms of a Questionable Nature
LbP is proud to present, in collaboration with Chicago playwright Marisa Wegrzyn, Psalms of a Questionable Nature.
Step-sisters Greta and Moo meet for the first time in their recently deceased parents' decrepit house. Greta wants to sell the house, Moo wants to get to know her sister, and neither of them want to face what they find in the long-forbidden basement. When a lethal secret is uncovered and they become trapped in the twisted schemings of their dead parents' love, the two women realize that they may not make it out of the basement alive.
Lucid by Proxy was named by LA Weekly as one of the top Actor-driven ensembles with staying power in LA calling us a "Young, vibrant troupe unafraid of tweaking convention." Lucid by Proxy is an independent theater production company in Los Angeles, founded in 2000. We specialize in producing and encouraging the creation of original theater. Our collective of top-notch writers, directors, designers and actors have garnered a great deal of praise in our short five years, including several Backstage West Critic's Picks and LA Weekly Recommended Picks, along with many great reviews in BSW, LAWeekly and the LA Times.
