Oklahoma Victory Dolls Roller Derby Double Header

Oklahoma Victory Dolls Roller Derby host a Double Header! Watch 2 bouts for the price of one! In the first bout the OKVD Battle Squad will be up against the Enid Roller Girls. The Battle Squad is 1-1 this year and are ready to go head to head with 2011 Rookie [Roller Derby League] Tournament winners, the Enid Roller Girls.
After the OKVD BS/ERG bout, stick around to watch a WFTDA sanctioned bout between the Oklahoma Victory Dolls All Stars and New Orleans' Big Easy Rollergirls. Last year the All Stars traveled to New Orleans to battle BERG and lost by 51 points. This year, the Victory Dolls are ready to even out the OKVD/BERG record to 1-1.
Tickets are $10 in advance and are available at OKC and Norman Guestroom Records locations (http://guestroom-records.com/), Switchblade Skate Company (http://www.switchbladeskate.com/) or here online at brownpapertickets.com. Tickets are $12 at the door. Kids under 12 get in FREE with a paid adult.
Bout will be held at the Centennial Building at the Ok State Fairgrounds, 333 Gordon Cooper Street. Doors open at 5:00p and the first bout starts at 6:00p. Music from DJ Neu, OKC's best female DJ, and official DJ of the Oklahoma Victory Dolls (www.heydjneu.com)!
Beer can be purchased with a valid ID. Seating is available on a first come first serve basis and you are welcome to bring your own chair.
The Oklahoma Victory Dolls are OKC's premier WFTDA member-league and a non-profit organization focusing on promoting sportsmanship and athletics in the community. A portion of the proceeds from this Oklahoma Victory Dolls Roller Derby bout go to benefit the Neighborhood Services Organization of OKC (nsookc.org). NSO will have a table setup at the bout and will be accepting donations:
