Mixing pop and politics, the gender-blending performers of Dykes Do Drag have been entertaining and broadening horizons for audiences at the Bryant Lake Bowl for eight years. Claude Peck of the Star Tibune likens the show to "a Savers fashion show in Genderbenderville." Hosted by The Gentleman King, each show mixes lip-synching and live singing, kings and queens, big wigs and flavor savers, three piece suits and trampy fedoras, to challenge pre-conceived notions of gender or even what a drag show could be.
