Join her for a lesson on the art of the cookout from a lighter perspective including tips on grilling techniques and Labor Day Barbecue recipe ideas.

Tasting of Tartar and Ceviche: Beef Tartar, chipotle aioli, avocado and crispy tortilla
Hamachi Ceviche, ginger, chili, cane vinegar and chicharon
Bay Scallops with candied kumquats, yuzu and soy
Grilled Flank Steak with Three Sauces (salsa verde, green onion-ginger and soy-sake)
