WAVE COOKING CLASS - AUGUST 27th
Chef Kristine Subido is taking it to the streets - err...to WAVE's new patio, that is - for the next installment of her Chef's Cooking Class series, Cooking Out - The Clean Way. Join her for a lesson on the art of the cookout from a lighter perspective including tips on grilling techniques and Labor Day Barbecue recipe ideas.
August menu:
Market Nectarine & Mozzarella Salad
Grilled Watermelon Salad, cayenne-lime vinaigrette
Tasting of Tartar and Ceviche: Beef Tartar, chipotle aioli, avocado and crispy tortilla
Hamachi Ceviche, ginger, chili, cane vinegar and chicharon
Bay Scallops with candied kumquats, yuzu and soy
Grilled Flank Steak with Three Sauces (salsa verde, green onion-ginger and soy-sake)
3 Melon Soup with Coconut Sorbet and Fresh Fruit Salad.
In addition to this multi-course meal, guests will receive a welcome cocktail and wine with lunch.
