KUOW's 'Weekday' Live at Town Hall

Host Steve Scher and team return to Town Hall after their recent sold-out appearance for another two hour live broadcast of Weekday, KUOW's popular talk show devoted to regional and national issues, and conversations with newsmakers and cultural voices. The first hour features book commentator, Book Lust author and frequent NPR guest, Nancy Pearl, with music by the "Bushwick Book Club" a book club made up of local musicians who write original music based on the books they are reading together. The second hour is anchored by "Your Take on the News," the popular weekly roundtable featuring Knute "Mossback" Berger, Joni Balter of the Seattle Times, and The Stranger's Eli Sanders. We'll open the doors at 8 am so you'll be able to purchase coffee and pastries and settle in for this live edition of the show.
