"KIAI(Karate Instruction Assistance Initiative) Kyoshi Strong Concert featuring Grant Maloy Smith and Roger Ceresi"
KIAI (Karate Instruction Assistance Initiative), Kyoshi Strong Concert is a fundraiser dedicated to the memory of the late Henry "Chick" Gavitt. Chick was a dedicated leader and champion of young people in South County. This concert will help continue his legacy by raising money to be able to offer scholarships to those who are less fortunate.
Come one come all to a musical bash happening at the Courthouse Center for the Arts on September 18, starting at 7:00pm. There will be music from Grant Maloy Smith, Reinhard Straub (violinist for Aerosmith) and Roger Ceresi with the All Star Band. The Evening will include dancing, raffles, drinks, snacks and loads of fun. ALL AGES WELCOME.
The purpose is to raise money for KIAI, a very important 501(c) charity in our community. We will also be benefitting the Courthouse Center for the Arts itself, another 501(c) and a local treasure. Let's get Kyoshi Strong, have a great time, and support our local community at the same time!
