RHYME TIME THEATRE proudly presents the world premiere of River Jackson's new play in verse, RACE IS A LIE. Two San Francisco police officers--a young black woman in uniform and an older white man in plain clothes--investigate the murder and incineration of an unidentified six-year-old boy. They interrogate a homeless woman of uncertain ethnicity, who may be the victim's mother, or killer, or both. In rhyming couplets of iambic pentameter. Starring Genevieve Jessee as BLACK, Kevin Copps as WHITE, and Amielynn Abellera as OTHER.
