Increasing Donor Retention and Fundraising Effectiveness
Kyle Hanser is a member of the AFP Research Council, a CFRE and an AFP master trainer. He is involved in research initiatives with AFP Intl, including the Fundraising Effectiveness Project (FEP), which involves working with fundraising software providers to help establish easy ways for users of their systems to capture data on fundraising effectiveness. Join us for a pilot workshop on increasing donor retention.
