This is a two part class
Part 1 Saturday, August 25 8am to 12 noon
Part 2 on Sunday, August 26 8am to 12noon.
This is an introductory level flute making class. In this class flutes will be made from one of a Stellar provided kit, which come from a range of different Pacific Northwest sustainable native woods such as maple, fir and cedar. Participants will be able to work on their kits not only during the allotted class time, but also through the weekend as they have time available. Tom and Lilly will be on hand to answer questions the entire weekend.
Tom Stewart is from Shelton, Washington and has been making flutes since 1995. Stellar is a family enterprise, with Tom, his wife Erica, son Matt and daughter Lilly all filling key rolls in the family business.
