An exquisite summer dinner party and awareness event with special guest Chef Barton Seaver, a National Geographic Fellow and author of "For Cod and Country," a book about casual, sustainable seafood cooking.
Summertime, seafood, sustainability and surprise are just some of the elements of the 2nd iteration of Cuisine Contra - "Green is Delicious." This two-part event has been designed to be earth-friendly and art-filled, with food and drink, entertainment and mixing to delight the senses, in fine, contrarian style.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception and book signing with Chef Barton Seaver featuring organic spirits and adult beverages, followed by a three-course sit-down dinner that has been designed by Chef Seaver, using recipes from his book. An open bar accompanies dinner and artful performances and delights to round out the evening.
