Prepare your palate for an evening of adventure! SolToro Tequila Grill, a Michael Jordan Restaurant, is hosting a fun-filled, four-course Tequila Dinner featuring contemporary Mexican fare from Chef Luis Vazquez, paired with 100 percent blue agave tequila from Gran Centenario.
When: Wednesday, June 22 at 7 p.m.
What: 4-course Tequila Dinner
Cost: $49 per person, plus tax and gratuity

FIRST COURSE
Soltoro Tapas
Gazpacho shot with bay scallop
Chorizo croquette with Serrano aioli
Fried Queso Fresco with guava habanero sauce
Paired with Gran Centenario Blanco, freshly muddled cucumbers, mint and freshly squeezed lime juice
SECOND COURSE
Quesadilla
Grilled marinated shrimp, blue corn tortilla, Chihuahua cheese
Paired with Gran Centenario Reposado Rosangel, Elderflower liquor and freshly squeezed lime juice
THIRD COURSE
Pata de puerco
Pork Osso buco
Roasted corn flan
Wild mushroom empanada
Paired with Gran Centenario Reposado, Agave Nectar, Agavero Orange Tequila Liquor and freshly squeezed lime juice
FOURTH COURSE
Pera al vino
Red wine and Mexican cinnamon poached pear with vanilla gelato and wild berries
