Food & Performance
F&P is a showcase of performance art involving edibles.  Artists interact directly with audience members who are welcome to roam, taste, and engage in a variety of performances occurring simultaneously throughout the gallery. Whether decorating a personalized birthday cake, participating in a bratwurst eating contest, or sampling dinner party hors d'œuvres, this event will surely activate all the senses.
