Join us for the theatrical world premiere of Radio Free Albemuth, the film adaptation based on Philip K. Dick's 1985 posthumous sci-fi novel of the same name.

This 100-minute screening will take place in the JBL Theatre, and will conclude with a Q + A session by the film's director, writer, and producer, John Alan Simon.

Radio Free Albemuth
The film adaptation of Philip K. Dick's 1985  posthumous sci-fi novel, starring Alanis Morrisette. The 100-minute film takes place in 1985 under the authoritative rule of the fictional President Fremont (Scott Wilson) and begins with Nick Brady (Jonathan Scarfe), a Berkley record store clerk who moves his family to Los Angeles after strange visions from the entity VALIS tell him to do so.  Here in Los Angeles, Nick becomes a powerful music company executive.  After befriending a mysterious woman, named Silvia (Morrisette) and the acclaimed sci-fi author Philip K. Dick (Shea Wingham), he finds himself drawn into an epic political-mystical conspiracy. Conceived by producer John Alan Simon (President and CEO of Discovery Films).
