The Joy of Cheese Presents Fromage Americain
Really? Yes! There are now dozens of American cheeses so good that they not only could be sold in France, they should be sold in France as no fromagerie is complete without them. In June we will focus on those cheeses in different contexts. Please join us June 7 at 7:30 at d.b.a Brooklyn as we celebrate these cheeses and pair them with seven beers (I'm not putting any geographic limits on the brews). I'll talk about the cheese and Ray Deter will ramble on about the beers. Tickets are $25.
