Causa's 20th Anniversary Gala

This year, Causa turns 20! Join us on Friday October 23, 2015 for Causa's 20th Anniversary Gala, as we remember and celebrate two decades of advocacy, movement building and the challenges yet to overcome. Causa is excited to host our annual American Dreamer Awards at the Oaks Pavilion in Portland. In addition, we will recognize individuals and organizations that have supported Oregon's Latino immigrant community in reaching the American Dream of equality and opportunity.

All proceeds of the anniversary gala will benefit Causa's work to advance immigrant rights and immigrant integration in Oregon. Causa believes that full integration of Latino immigrants is vital to enriching Oregon for everyone. This means that Causa works with Latino immigrants and their families to gain citizenship and Deferred Action status, get involved in their local community through civic engagement, and advocate for policy changes at the state and national levels.
